Shipment date of an order containing a pre-ordered product

If your order contains at least one pre-order product (‘Pre-order’ tag on its label), it will be dispatched on the date specified on the product.

How can I be sure that my order will be dispatched on the day it is released?

To be sure that your order will be dispatched on the day it is released, only order products that have the ‘In stock’ tag on their labels or in your basket after you have added them (even pre-order products).

Pre-order and available stock

Games Workshop confirms a pre-stock for each pre-order product. This is guaranteed stock, but we will only receive it on the day of the product's official release. If a pre-order product is labelled ‘in stock’ at the time of your purchase, it is part of this batch and you are therefore guaranteed to receive it on the day of its release.

Pre-ordered products that do not have the ‘In stock’ label must be ordered from Games Workshop and we will receive them within approximately 15 days after your purchase (subject to availability at Games Workshop), delaying shipping accordingly.

Taxes and VAT outside the European Union

Orders to French overseas departments and territories and outside the European Union are invoiced exclusive of tax. Local taxes and dock dues will generally be collected by the carrier once the parcel has been processed by customs. It is your responsibility to pay these.

You must enter a delivery address in the French Overseas Departments and Territories or outside the European Union for the rates on our site to be adapted accordingly.

The basis of assessment for dock dues is the ‘Cost and Freight’ (CAF) prices, which therefore include the cost of transport. Rates of dock dues are set by the regional councils. You can also find out more about these provisions on the website https://www.douane.gouv.fr/.

‘In Stock’ products: order by 16 December at the latest for delivery in Europe

The easiest way to be sure of receiving your parcel before Christmas is to order only products that are in stock (the ‘In stock’ label on the product label or in the shopping basket). If your order contains at least one ‘On order’ product, it may be delayed.

‘On Order’ products: order before 9 December

If you would like to buy products that are not in stock in our warehouse (marked ‘On order’ on the product sheet), please order before 9 December. We will then receive your products around 17/12 and your order will be dispatched immediately.

||| It sometimes happens that suppliers are themselves out of stock when we try to order products from them. In this case, you will be notified of any shortages and will be able to request the cancellation of the products causing the problem so that the rest of your order can be dispatched.

In-store collection on 24 December, from 1pm to 4.30pm

Our shop in La Chapelle la Reine (Paris aera, France) will be open on Tuesday 24 December 2024 between 1pm and 4.30pm, allowing you to collect your order free of charge or make a last-minute purchase.

Order dispatch times

For products in stock

Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, on the day of your order if placed before noon or on the following day. All products in the order must be in stock to be dispatched under these conditions, i.e. the ‘In stock’ sticker must be displayed.

For pre-ordered products

If your order contains at least one pre-ordered product, it will only be shipped in its entirety on the official release date of the product displayed on its product sheet.

For out-of-stock products

Shipping time depends on the supplier's restocking time. Allow approximately 15 days, to which must be added the time required to receive your parcel. This time is given as an indication and may vary according to the availability of the product with the supplier.

We place orders for out-of-stock products with suppliers every Monday, who confirm them to us (if they are not out of stock themselves) on Tuesday. We then receive them within approximately 1 to 2 weeks and forward them to you immediately. **If the supplier is out of stock, you will be notified by email.

If you buy a product displayed as ‘Pre-order’ but which is no longer in stock (sticker ‘On order’), it will be dispatched within approximately 15 days as for a standard out-of-stock product and at the earliest on the official release date.
