Pre-orders for Warhammer / Games Workshop products go online on Saturday morning at 11am (Paris time).

If your order contains at least one pre-order product (‘Pre-order’ tag on its label), it will be dispatched on the date specified on the product.

How can I be sure that my order will be dispatched on the day it is released?

To be sure that your order will be dispatched on the day it is released, only order products that have the ‘In stock’ tag on their labels or in your basket after you have added them (even pre-order products).

Pre-order and available stock

Games Workshop confirms a pre-stock for each pre-order product. This is guaranteed stock, but we will only receive it on the day of the product's official release. If a pre-order product is labelled ‘in stock’ at the time of your purchase, it is part of this batch and you are therefore guaranteed to receive it on the day of its release.

Pre-ordered products that do not have the ‘In stock’ label must be ordered from Games Workshop and we will receive them within approximately 15 days after your purchase (subject to availability at Games Workshop), delaying shipping accordingly.

Taxes and VAT outside the European Union

Accepted Answer

Orders to French overseas departments and territories and outside the European Union are invoiced exclusive of tax. Local taxes and dock dues will generally be collected by the carrier once the parcel has been processed by customs. It is your responsibility to pay these.

You must enter a delivery address in the French Overseas Departments and Territories or outside the European Union for the rates on our site to be adapted accordingly.

The basis of assessment for dock dues is the ‘Cost and Freight’ (CAF) prices, which therefore include the cost of transport. Rates of dock dues are set by the regional councils. You can also find out more about these provisions on the website https://www.douane.gouv.fr/.

Meaning of the terms ‘In stock’, ‘On order’ and ‘Out of stock’ on a product

On each product listed in our catalogue is displayed a tag with one of these 3 terms: ‘In stock’, ‘On order’ or ‘Out of stock’.

Here are the details of their meanings.

In stock

The product is physically available in our warehouse and can be dispatched quickly.

|| The available quantity of a product may be limited. When you add an in-stock product to your basket, you can then adjust the quantities. If the quantity ordered exceeds the available stock, the product will be displayed as ‘On order’ (see next paragraph).

On order

A product displayed as ‘On order’ means that it is not physically in stock in our warehouse and that we will have to order it from the supplier if you buy it. It is therefore temporarily out of stock. The usual replenishment time is about 15 days. To this must be added the delivery time for your parcel, which can vary from 1 to 7 days depending on the destination.

When you order such a product, you will be notified by email of every stage in your order: from the order to the supplier to dispatch.

|| If, after ordering the product from our supplier, it turns out to be temporarily unavailable (the supplier is itself temporarily out of stock), you will be notified by email of the delay. If you do not wish to wait, you can contact us to cancel the product.

Payment methods

We offer two methods of payment: by bank card or by bank transfer.

Payment by credit card

You can pay for your order by Carte Bleue, Visa or MasterCard in complete security, as we never know your bank card number, as the transaction is carried out on the Payplug website, a major French operator renowned for its reliability.

What's more, the 3D-Secure system (cardholder authentication system) guarantees a very high level of security for your online payment.

Pay by credit card in instalments with Sofinco

Thanks to our partner Sofinco, you can pay for your order in 3 or 4 instalments by bank card if the amount is between €300 and €2000. Charges may apply.

Payment with Apple Pay

You can also pay for your order using Apple Pay on both iPhone and Mac.

Payment by bank transfer

When you place your order, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. In this case, our bank details will be sent to you and your order will be dispatched on receipt of the transfer. As payment is processed manually, please allow a few extra days for dispatch if you choose this method of payment. Don't forget to mention your order reference when commenting on the transfer.

You have 7 days to send us your transfer. After this period, your order will be cancelled and the products in it will be returned to stock for our customers.
