Order dispatch times
For products in stock
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, on the day of your order if placed before noon or on the following day. All products in the order must be in stock to be dispatched under these conditions, i.e. the ‘In stock’ sticker must be displayed.
For pre-ordered products
If your order contains at least one pre-ordered product, it will only be shipped in its entirety on the official release date of the product displayed on its product sheet.
For out-of-stock products
Shipping time depends on the supplier's restocking time. Allow approximately 15 days, to which must be added the time required to receive your parcel. This time is given as an indication and may vary according to the availability of the product with the supplier.
We place orders for out-of-stock products with suppliers every Monday, who confirm them to us (if they are not out of stock themselves) on Tuesday. We then receive them within approximately 1 to 2 weeks and forward them to you immediately. If the supplier is out of stock, you will be notified by email.
If you buy a product displayed as ‘Pre-order’ but which is no longer in stock (sticker ‘On order’), it will be dispatched within approximately 15 days as for a standard out-of-stock product and at the earliest on the official release date.
Orders containing in-stock and on-order products
When you place an order for products displayed as ‘In stock’ and ‘On order’, you have the option, at the time of purchase, of splitting it into two separate shipments (additional charges may apply):
first available products are dispatched the same day or the next day,
then all ‘made-to-order’ products are dispatched once they are in stock in our warehouse in a second separate order.
This option is only available at the time of purchase in your shopping basket. It is not available after you have placed an order.
