# Taxes and VAT outside the European Union

Orders to French overseas departments and territories and outside the European Union are invoiced exclusive of tax. Local taxes and dock dues will generally be collected by the carrier once the parcel has been processed by customs. It is your responsibility to pay these.

You must enter a delivery address in the French Overseas Departments and Territories or outside the European Union for the rates on our site to be adapted accordingly.

The basis of assessment for dock dues is the ‘Cost and Freight’ (CAF) prices, which therefore include the cost of transport. Rates of dock dues are set by the regional councils.
